Even the kids loved the area...and they were the sceptics before going up there to have a look around...

interest rates just up .25 %. you bought a 1 million quid home in London ? Interest only mortgage ? Your monthly payments just jumped from 420 quid up to 630 quid. Maybe cancel those delivery pizza's every evening darling, i hear Lidl has some nice frozen ones. Time to sell house before the stampede.
