If anyone disagrees with his opinions then they can debate the issues rationally as foul mouthed abuse won't be tolerated. You may recall that it wasn't that long ago that the OP started another thread that wasn't very popular stating that we wouldn't get anywhere until Frank de Boer was sacked and he was later proved to be correct on that one

I could continually post that we hadn't scored a single goal (until Milivojevic' penalty on Saturday) without Wilf on the pitch, and the fact that that's the case would not in any way be evidence that I wasn't saying it to wind people up and pi** people off. Croydonlad is at least prone to trolling and that's coming from someone who was weeding trolls out of Usenet newsgroups in 1995.

Sorloth looked decent. Reckon he'll get the 5 goals you're speaking of before the season's even out.

I don't need any help from a smart arse, should have or could have didn't happen, so using them is flawed, when making a point.

To say he is not good enough after one game in which we were largely second best seems an over reach, unless the OP has been watching him playing in Norway prior to his move. He did the basics well and looked capable with his head. He didn't get a real opportunity to shoot with his feet. He looked decent to me. I don't think he stood out as our future saviour more a decent prospect, but to start a negative post about him just seems plain attention seeking. We've got a couple of weeks off so I suppose we'll see a lot more controversial posts like this.

I saw enough to think that we've uncovered a real gem here. He's not just an out-and-out striker. He's a clever player who can put in a good cross from out wide or drop off into the No. 10 position and link up play. He's got a good touch, he can shoot, his finishing is good and he's great in the air. He will get goals and assists. I see no reason why he can't get 5 goals between now and the end of the season plus two or three assists. Having him in the side will also take some of the pressure off Benteke...
