If they changed the host of the Graham Norton show (for example) it would end up completely different as it is Graham Norton that makes the show what it is whether you like him or not however however Match of The Day would continue whoever was hosting it and if the BBC dropped Lineker in favour of someone like Mark Chapman I doubt whether it would affect the viewing figures at all

BBC are saying that 6 of their top earning male presenters are taking a pay cut. No details about by how much though. I guess we will have to wait until the Beeb publishes its salary numbers later this year. Just a thought but the BBC has always defended its high pay structure e.g. Jonathon Ross to prevent its stars being poached. Well if these presenters are willing to take a pay cut I guess that means that the other channels are not lining up to sign them. Something the Beeb might want to consider. I agree that many BBC 'stars' are overpaid....but lowering their salary for this reason? They are complete and utter cucks.

'Equal gender opportunity'? Bah.....This already exists on a practical level. What matters is meritocracy. If you are good enough it doesn't matter what your gender is....sexism...bah...The conversative party...who are frequently called sexist have had two female leaders....The criticism is cover for other post modernist motives. What is being pushed for are issues like equal pay and equality of outcome....just as per the Peterson/Newman conversation shows.......it's not about fairness it's about ideology. The real success of feminism was to give women choice....that was a breakthrough most people can celebrate.....but third wave feminism wants to change the nature of the professions they enter....but only male dominated ones that they want success in regardless of meritocracy.....As the Peterson/Newman conversation shows they want to change the nature of those professions. Women dominate many industries already.....the industries that they are interested in. They don't enter other industries in the same numbers as men for several different reasons.....All of that is fine....what matters is choice. All that matters is that the individual is treated fairly according to their abilities in relation to the job. What lies between their legs should make a difference if it relates to the demands of the job....for example, a front line soldier needs to be strong enough to carry another soldier off the battlefield....otherwise you are lowering the quality of your fighting force. Third wave feminists aren't interested in 'equal gender opportunity'......that's a very innocent way of looking at it....how many third wave feminists want equal gender opportunities to work as sewage or rubbish collectors? They don't.....this is about money and power when it should be about meritocracy and common sense.
True. Was reading about the veterinary profession recently and I believe it’s a similar situation with the medical profession which is heavily dominated by women. It starts off as a meritocracy as the girls work harder at school and generally get better grades and are more driven to enter the profession. The problem is that the female drop out rate for the profession is massive compared to the male drop out rate. Despite the expensive and extensive training I think the average life span of a female Vet working in clinical practice is 5 or 6 years. This is causing a big problem for their profession and resulting in a significant shortage of experienced professionals. I’m sure the explanation is complicated but couples CHOICES seem to be for the woman in the couple to give up work when a family arrives. That is not the man or woman’s choice but the couples joint choice. One solution would be preferential selection of males at the interview stage with a view to the long term health of the profession but that would be utterly unacceptable to most. My biggest issue with the media’s gender agenda was highlighted when newsnight ran a show after Weinstein titled “the problem with men”. I resent that. I may have misunderstood feminism but if it operates under the mantra that there is a systemic problem with men, I don’t buy it.

That statement just tells me that you don't really know what the alt right is or believes in. You have just used the leftist tactic of terming beliefs you don't like as extreme. You commie.
