If liver is cooked properly, ie. not overcooked, its wonderful, with bacon its even better! When overcooked its like the sole of a shoe!!

Probably deserves a new thread.

Probably deserves a new thread. or wrapped in silver foil helps! I think the only nosh that was done ok in 60s-70s was stews(with dumplings etc) plus proper home cut chips done in lard.
