I think he is seeking damages from the wrong party, or more cynically looking for damages from the source of the most money. I think he's been done wrong, but not by the fertility bank: its like blaming the bank when your business partner has embezzled funds

I do think that companies that have flawed security systems are responsible for those systems. Obviously this woman is the main culprit but this company were the paid keepers at the gate. I had no doubt that you would agree this is a horrible decision. The point of me posting it was that one decision which, in your opinion, is proof of an anti-male agenda doesn't make it so. There's plenty of decisions the other way, like this nonsense in Detroit.
