I just don't understand why we want to change style, its boring, if the ball is in the oppositions half you have a chance to score, and they have none, simplistic but true
“That’s a joke son, I say, that’s a joke.” “Nice boy, but he’s sharp as a throw pillow.” “He’s so dumb he thinks a Mexican border pays rent” “ “Son… I say, son, some people are so narrow minded they can look through a keyhole with both eyes.”__ Forhorn Leghorn |

Possession in football is not the holy grail, Leicester won the league averaging 28% possession

I don't blame de boer, I blame de Board. They make the decisions and de Boer was a poor one as was allowing our very under strength squad to struggle on till the end of the window again without significant signings. Edited by Hrolf The Ganger (27 Aug 2017 5.54pm)

Sacking after three games would be absurd. One poster before labeled his work as "a vanity project." The board knew exactly what they were getting when they hired Frank. Unfortunately the underlying issue is that SP and co didn't, for reasons we'll never truly know, get the manager(s) they wanted and have had to settle for a manager who prefers a style we're not comfortable with, and are having to make out that it was the plan all along. He hasn't really ever looked happy or excited since arrive, neither has Trustfull and Stevie boy has vanished into thin air - normally he's always flaunting his locks in front of the camera.

I'll give it to Sammy Lee atleast he seems passionate about the club. Is that your only criterion? Come on. The out people should admit that sacking De Boer now is an angry knee-jerk reaction, and one that would leave us looking a terrible prospect for any half-decent manager. The anger is justified but we'd be kicking out someone who might just change the system over the international break, with no decent replacements in sight.

IN - No Pain, No Gain.....It is plenty painful but limited transfer activity, new style and old players needing to learn it. We are a good team but there will be pain before we can move forward. For the love of God.....there is pain lets give them a chance to grow through it!

People saying out as if we should sack him, I would imagine we're far more in danger of him resigning given the complete and utter lack of backing we've given him both in the market and as fans

One assumes the 'Budget' was discussed with him when he was interviewed and he agreed to work within it.Perhaps he over-estimated the quality of players in the squad - one hears pundits etc saying that with our players we shouldn't be in relegation trouble but we are seemingly perenially in trouble !
