Collier Row Eagle, may have long pockets and short arms, never BRINGS CASH,needs a weeks notice to get it up now....but one thing he aint is ignorant and confused over The Palace
This operation, will make the 'Charge Of The Light Brigade' seem like a simple military exercise. |

Take your pills my old son and go to bed! No, I posted to say you are lacking in perspective. If you have only been watching for 7 or 8 years, which seems likely, most of that time was Prem. I have seen twice as many games not in the top tier than in the top tier. And by the way, I consider you a lad as you are a Civil Servant but have not yet retired.

Again have no idea what you are getting at. You literally only posted before to tell me I had only been watching Palace for 7/8 years and that meant I had "no idea" - yes a quote and now you are saying you have seen twice as many games in the lower tiers than in the top tier. Just for fun, I have been watching Palace for almost exactly 26 years and have seen a far higher proportion of lower league games than premier league but again I would say this is irrelevant and if old boys want to make it a pissing contest on here about how long they've been watching Palace for fine I can't stop you and don't really care but stop commenting on my posts because I find that f***ing boring.

Hang on, are you backing up the OP who originally was trying to tell football fans to stop insulting a chairman, manager & players who are embarrassing their club, by referring to them as morons? To further highlight your confusion, to start a season by losing all three games, two of which to supposed relegation candidates at home, having scored no goals and signing one player (excluding two LOANS) who quite frankly looked as up to the task as the manager, is not our most successful period in history. Previous seasons have passed now and the present is all that is relevant, you and others who want to press this 'most successful period in history' are wasting people's time it's irrelevant now. To further highlight your confusion, I and I think a number of others on here did not start glory hunting with Palace a few years ago, in fact I remember going alone after work to see us losing 3-0 at home to Swansea about 7,8 years ago or something on a rainy weekday, I highly doubt you were there! Closing statement: ignorant post! Your memory isn't great. Seven years ago we lost 3-0 at home to Swansea on a Saturday (October 30 2010). It was a sunny day. Four years ago we lost 2-0 at home to Swansea on a Sunday (September 22 2013). It wasn't raining. You might well work weekends; I do. But neither game was an evening kickoff.

I think we are concerned/worried. Something does need to happen soon in the transfer window. With the other premier league games I've seen, the standard this year seems to have gone up a notch with other teams strengthening their squads. If we had lost to Man U or Chelsea, there may not be a problem, but Huddersfield and Swansea at home are games we would have expected to win. If you pay a lot of money to watch, you are entitled to a say.

No, my memory isn't that great spot on! You or rather your google may be exactly right and I have got a few games muddled up there but I am gonna be that muggy and say I've been to that many games over that many seasons I would almost certainly get some from 7 years ago confused, especially when trying to link one specifically relevant to Swansea. Thanks though for another inspirational post!

It's not abuse as I highly doubt FdB or SP sift through these posts it is people venting a lot of anger with real justification. People like you are the worst possible for this club ATM, people don't support Palace glory hunting we all do so because it's part of who we are and we will carry on supporting the team irregardless. The same way we have the opposition party to the government to keep it in check people need to speak out against the current nonsense and again are entitled to. What we do not need is the self serving thought police (you). The OP's words were spot on and should be applauded. FdB needs our support as the manager of our club as part of the process of getting out of this losing run. Just because he has lost the first three games doesn't make him a bad manager and if certain players aren't buying into the new formation then perhaps they need to buckle down and do so or be moved on.

I am support FdB, who I hope is creating a false sense of three easy points among other clubs. he is learning about the players available to him and on Saturday had two of his new signings missing. The players need to recognise that the ball is there to be caressed as it is helped to stay in the opposition half, unsullied by opposition boots but held from time to time by the opposition goal-keeper. tow things to consider. One If Huddersfield maintain their position in the table they will play in Europe next season. Two - Liverpool 1 - Palace 0 - Liverpool 4 - Arsenal 0. COYP

Try saying something useful, novel or constructive.

Speaking of constructive visit my thread "any thoughts? Could be interesting " and let's see if you have anything of note to say and are not just trolling!

Yes, don't waste YOUR valuable time which I can tell is far more important than listening to others. You have a great way of raising hackles. Some would say that is the art of trolling
