I've got a bad feeling about the Hull game, but have 3 reasons to have a bit of hope.

1) Swansea play first against Sunderland. The pressure will be on them to get a result without knowing what will happen in our game.

2) Hull need a win, we only need a draw. We've struggled against some of the weaker clubs at home because they've put men behind the ball and played for a draw. Hull can't do the same.

3) BFS has an extra day to sort the defence. I think Damo was rested yesterday to avoid injuries. He just needs one more big game then he can retire. [/quote]

Damo to score the winner (for Palace) from a corner. Would be a fitting end to his Palace career!

Have faith next week will be different.

Sunderland may have done us a favour the

day before anyway.

Just had a look at Hull's record when they have had more possesion , it is nearly as bad as ours, they have lost to Sunderland and drawn with us and Burnley. All their recent wins have come when they have had less possesion and could counter attack. Approach it like we are playing a big team away, i'm thinking Liverpool rather than Man City, ten men behind the ball and counter attack. They will want to do the same so it could be the most boring game ever, with Delaney and Harry Maguire just exchanging 80 yard passes. They will need to come out and attack more so hold our nerve we will be fine. Although potentailly the team talk of 'give them the ball becasue they are worse than us when they have it' does not instill confidence.

Unless of course they score in the first Two faking minutes .... let's face it that's not unheard of against us

Argh I knew there would be a draw back to the plan.
