Well for a start Bladerunner is a work of fiction, so its largely irrelevant.

Of course you could just ask, and act responsibly as a man, to ensure that you aren't putting yourself in a situation where you could be accused, or actually commmiting rape.

Its astonishing when I look back how many men thought it was 'ok to ply someone with drinks in order to get them into bed'.
