Hold on a minute, I thought the papers aren't allowed to identify the victim of a sex assault. I think Oscar has a serious grievance here!

I bet Oscar was wild though.

Funnily enough I have a mate who used to supply "dodgy films" to punters before they were readily available,
Any way he had this punter who wanted films with women shanggin horses.
Well he had been selling these films to this bloke for about 3 months.
The next time he meets him to hand over the merchandise..the bloke says to him"they are really good films..but just one thing....it's always the same horse"....lol

Was the horse Shergar's brother - Shagerr?

Some jobs don't have application forms. Cv and letter to agency or employer for example.

yeah, I usually leave kids out of my 'hobbies and interests' section as it creates a bit of a stigma.

Me and a friend used to send off CVs for jobs we didn't actually want with outrageous pass-times on and see who got offered interviews. Neither of us got offered any at all in the end. We didn't put anything illegal on there though, but often disgusting.

It could have been worse, could have been puppies involved.

If you were on the sex offenders register and a paedophile, would you be banned from going to football or other sport with spectators that you might sit next to, toilets that children use etc? How would the club or venue know? And do they have parole officers for a long period of time checking their movements?

I know an ex plod who said he had to take their weekly, or however frequently signatures needed to be signed at the station. Made him ill. Some were obviously very successful in business and life which he wasn't expecting. Quite a cross section of people.

Why did I think 'Part Time James', when I read this article?

You're asking me what it's all about, and I can't tell you because I don't know what's going on myself.

Well I do rather enjoy trying to shock people.

Sadly, my real life is actually very ordinary compared to the filth I post on this forum!

Some very interesting comments!

Well.... The nonse in question has left the company, due to 'personal reasons' is all we're being told.

However numerous articles regarding his seedy past are circulating like wild fire.

Surely you must inform an employer if you are convicted of any such crime and put on a register for it?
So if he never told them, is that a further offence?
Or
If he did.... Is it down to the employee to decide wether or not to inform there staff of the possible dangers.

He spent a few years here, in which time made every effort to build good relationships with numerous people who had young children. Even to the point where they would meet outside of work, children included. These people were very unfortunately un aware of his past.

My point/question is.... Should they have been?
Is there not a system in place to prevent this sort of occurrence?
Who... If anyone is at fault?
Him... For hiding the information?
Or the employer... For how they have handled the situation?
Or 'the system' for not guarding against this sort of thing? Should someone have been checking where he worked, what he was doing, were they aware made aware of his history, etc??

I would think the vast majority of nonces are employed somewhere.

Ice-creams aren't cheap these days.
