Been following your posts on this thread with absolutely zero interest. You've got a lot of spitefulness in you and you're very happy to dish it out. However, I admire your blind loyalty to the club and wish our players could show some of the same. Truth is none of us know if they have the fight in them to save our position but if we go down we start again. Fans will follow overpaid players won't.

Agree that fans will follow, but overpaid players won't.

Don't understand why you would follow someone's posts, if you had zero interest. Sounds like b*llocks mate.

Having watched all the other teams at the bottom of the table my view is that we have one of the most talented groups but that others, Swansea, Hull etc are better teams. They seem more together than we do. It's going to be a tough but if SA can get them all pulling in the same direction we should be ok but if he can't then we won't.

The market thinks we're down and unless we start to improve we will be. A good performance against Bournemouth granted - but everything else has been awful.

It's not ridiculous though is it. It's unfortunately just being realistic.

No it's not being realistic at all, as the OP said it's just negativity. FFS the fat lady hasn't even warmed up yet let alone start singing.

It's a good job that those of you that have given up weren't alive when Dunkirk happened as you will all have been down on the beaches waving the white flag. Sadly that never say die, never give up spirit is sadly lacking among most of the posters on this forum.

Just one result could make a huge difference to the bottom of the table.

On current form (2017), Leicester, Bournemouth & Middlesboro are worse than us & Sunderland appear have resumed their dismal run.

I'll not be planning for life in the Championship until it is a mathematical certainty. We're Palace FFS - we could end up getting a result at Old Trafford on the last day of the season to stay up.

Its hard to be optimistic because two experienced Prem managers have now failed to get a tune out of these players. Unfortunately they are just a rotten bunch with no stomach for the fight

Now here's where I disagree with people. I see a squad of players devoid of confidence & belief following a year in which this (amongst others) side of the game was ignored.

I've seen & heard the press, pundits & players alike describe both our team & that of Leicester in the same terms & they won the EPL last season. In many ways there are likenesses & even Ranieri admitted last night that perhaps he'd been too loyal to some & not changed things up when & where needed - Palace 2016?

We blew the Sunderland game and lost yesterday.

I'd still say that SA hasn't fielded the team he really wants yet. If we can right that against Boro then it's in our hands.

Yes, it looks negative now, but we still have:

Leicester
Watford
Burnley
Boro
Hull

All at home. That is massive. Do the business (13 pts out of 15 maybe?) then it should only leaves us needing to scrape a couple of draws in the other games.

Employee of the month is a good example of how someone can be both a winner and a loser at the same time.

Ridiculous negativity?

we have had several games recently that have been laid out as 'must wins' that they haven't won.

we were demolished, humiliated, crushed by sunderland, the season long relegation faves.

the team look like a cross between school boys playing the year above and a bag of beaten puppies.

My rose tinted specs are sitting on my desk and I daren't put them on, they've let me done so many times recently.
