Really surprised no-one has mentioned the massive evacuation at Sunderland when Bolasie scored his hat trick, one of the advantages of a fancy new stadium is the speed of exit....whatever we thought about the team on Sat a lot of us stayed to see what might happen.
I like our stadium and find the new ones don't have a good atmosphere.

Sunderland?

Oh yes.... that place that spawned "Wearside Jack"

[Link]

Oh how we laughed as his elaborate "hoax" confounded the murder detectives and led to more innocent deaths of young women as the police hunted in vain for this knobhead from Sunderland rather than concentrating their efforts in Yorkshire.

The people of Sunderland must be so proud of him.

And I recall the song our supporters used to sing in bygone days following the 1-0 FA cup win at Sunderland in 1976 "Roker roar is no more....."

Hoof. Are you trying to imply that there are no nutters in London?

They are also (allegedly) the most Left wing supported club in the country. Maybe we can send Gusset Et al up North?

Although Sunderland is a staunch Labour seat I can't see them being any more left wing than other inner city clubs like Liverpool or Burnley

What a t*** this writer is.

So pleased with himself for lying about being on medication.

I actually find the stewards to be fairly jovial on arrival. I guess they deal differently with the Neanderthals who descend from Mackem country.

We can all agree that the concourse area is a nightmare. I couldn't give a flying about their view in all honesty. It is generally the same for any away support, you will not be housed in the perfect viewing spot.

Points about the announcer, the sound system etc. a bit pathetic really.

Article - file in bin.

That's right no ground empties quicker than the Stadium of Light and it's washed out red seats ,when they go a couple of goals behind.

I recall the chants of "We can see you sneaking out....." with the more modern day version of "Cheerio,cheerio,cheerio....".

It's a shame really as the stewards should treat the neanderthals from Sunderland exactly the same as they treat the home neanderthals
