Jules is a palace legend but his days are numbered.

Wayne is not a poor keeper, and its laughable that hes being simgled out again after on the whole he has been decent this season.

I don't think anyone is saying that Speroni is the future. They are just realistic when assessing WH's performance.

I find your allegiance to Pardew/WH admirable but don't necessarily understand it.

Whatever happens we need to get some sort of form going. Which will be difficult off the back of a very bad year.

its not an alliegence to hennessey really, i think him & mandanda are both capable PL keepers in their own right, and i personaly dont see them as the problem, and we need to spend money on other areas of the pitch.

We aint going to get a hart/cech/loris we have to be realistic and know where we are in the pecking order.

He's been far from decent. Decent would mean that he has made few errors and saved us points. He's made a lot of errors and cost us points. He's s league 1/ championship keeper. Do you remember throwing the ball through his legs at Villa Park last season? Constantly diving the wrong way at free kicks? Rushing off his life and making a hash of manageable situations? His poor kicking?

Perhaps, but if you remember it took a while for JS to establish himself as our number one. He was dropped after the Everton game when he tried to dribble outside his area and conceded a goal. Gabor was then first choice for quite a while. I remember JS doing a similar thing at home to Coventry once when he lost the ball by the touchline and they scored. All keepers make mistakes - the defence is more the issue.

I do think we need to look down the divisions for players rather than signing big-money players on inflated wages. If Spurs can get Alli from MK Dons, why can't we do something similar?
