He as a funny one Bilko wasn't he?? I remember a couple of seasons ago an incident that the ref missed during one of our games. Everyone wanted to know why he couldn't be retrospectively charged. I asked my dad who is a referee assessor for the FA and then posted the answer on here.

Bilko was adamant my Dad was wrong. A few days later the FA issued a statement basically repeating what my Dad had told me.... Bilko still wouldn't have it and insisted both my Dad and the FA were wrong!!
