It's not about one performance, it's been a year of poor form with the odd win here and there. ..it's actually about the season we are in now.

I would think the poor results in the second half of last season affected our chances of attracting players in the summer window and it wouldn't surprise me if this time round accomplished players were wary of tying themselves to this monkey if they thought he wasn't going to f*** off any time soon. Yes he doesn't agree with me... The pressure is on Parish, because as it stands the Americans want him gone as well as a lot of fans. It's not like I'm asking much, average football and to be competitive in the prem. With Pardew we have been short of this for over a year. The in brigade will mention the FA cup final, I'd point to the fact that we need to look at the bigger picture and not focus on the odd okay performance. People will mention today's performance, yes it was committed, but Hennesey kept the score respectable today just like he did against United. ..what the f***! what's Hennessay doing there?

She would agree that her fellow gooners could well do by winding their collective necks in and instead whinging enjoy their success. Granted we are not winning matches but although I haven't seen every game this season or the last for that matter the matches I have seen both home and away the team and manager are as one fighting for the cause. Yeah we put in a committed performance against Chelsea, and United for that matter. As for much of the rest, I've heard it all now, how can you say that we should think long and hard before bleating' and in the same post talk of your Arsenal supporting mates view based on seeing us against Chelsea like it is some sort of verdict. You see many of us that are bleating are basing it on rather more than the last match? You may also find that we might have seen Palace play in most or all of those games over the past year, be loyal supporters who don't usually all sound off and stop supporting the team the moment we lose a game, and in fact actually have a point. From one of the bleaters, oh by the way I have thought long and hard.

Good 1st half. Shyte 2nd half. Pardew chucked a point away on Wednesday and some of the usual bellends on here thought we had more chance today of a point without a minute played compared to 86mins gone on Wednesday. We have some utter morons supporting us and defending this shyte. But love is blind and these divs think supporting Palace and Pardew are mutually inclusive. Bunch of soppy tarts. ..so he subbed himself on did he?

Something that he gets continually wrong. Your posts never apportion blame to Mr Pardew and you wish to conveniently forget his quite abysmal record of 6 wins in 42 matches. His role and with it decisions are paramount to our performances on the pitch or what is the point of him being in the job or indeed anyone else. For some obscure reason you can't see it. I would be interested to know how you see the role of a manager?

How many saves did De Gea make? Who the hell plays 4 central midfielders in a midfield of 4, Pardew does! Who plays our most consistent player out of position for the majority of the game, Pardew does! If you don't think Pardew's tactics are bizarre then fair enough, I think you've been exposed to too much vinegar.

I'm interested to know, given who we have available. Edit: or are you confusing this match with Wednesday's? Edited by Tim Gypsy Hill '64 (18 Dec 2016 10.44pm)
