On topic: best ground in the current EPL - Goodison

Agree about Goodison, lovely looking ground.

It's 106 miles to Chicago, we got a full tank of gas, half a pack of cigarettes, it's dark... and we're wearing sunglasses.

went to maine rd, late 70's.
in the seats at end, was also a standing area in opposite corner.
palace were hearded into it & I could see literally several waves of home yobo attack, climbing over totally inadequate fence.
however they got caught as several more palace coaches unloaded at got stuck in.
think score was 1-1(Gerry murphy?)

Filbert st. 4-4.

the original Man.U.(swindlehurst had us 0-1 up.)
w***ers equalized dying mins of game.
WBA-big ground-several outings & catching last orders in cherries with st'helens joe the landlord.

Forest's ground, purely on the basis not only did you get served a beer easily at half time, they had a top shelf with optics.

Outstanding !
