Dann of course hails from Liverpool and used to be a season ticket holder at the club. But Carragher and Owen were 'Evertonians' and of course went on to play for Liverpool ! Everton we're in for Dann last year , under a different manager!!! Dann then signed a new contract despite the Interest , we have then now acted quickly and very ambitiously in the transfer market , he's going nowhere and is clearly happy. Edited by comeonyoueagles20 (02 Jul 2016 1.42pm)

My housemate is a huge Spammers fan and he wants them to keep him. Supposedly very versatile, strong, good in the air with the ability to chip in with our goal tally. Personally I would like him to replace Damo, as I would like to see us utilise the long ball less this season, bringing the wingers/midfield more into play.

As a previous caller said when Everton were interested this time last year Dann signed a new contract! He's since played in an FA Cup final and is a shoe in to be captain next season if Jedinak leaves!

I think the worry with Dann is Tomkins is a similar player and nother sure the most effective way to play them is together. Hope I am wrong

I'm not sure that similar players fighting over the same ball, that sometimes happens in midfield and upfront, applies to central defenders.
