Standout player last mid-week in Italian Cup vs Lazio, his shot rebounded off post the be put in the net by a colleague. Unused sub at the weekend & not even on the bench tonight........ Methinks he wants more playing time & all will be clear by Monday.

As a general rule I would rather see us go for British players - mainly as they are less of a gamble, but Zaza looks some player. His attitude seems spot on despite his frustration at sitting on the bench most week's. I like his willingness to run and hussle defenders - so could be a good fit IF we can afford it. Would be great if he could a make a similar impact as Lombardo did (without the relegation!).

Wants to fight for his place, and that is a good instinct fir a player to show. Next
