I wouldn't even spend 10 seconds thinking about it.) We cannot loan a second Chelsea player and given that Zouma is already Champions League quality and in time may well become one of the world's elite defenders he would cost multiple millions of pounds. If Stones is worth 30 million, Zouma is worth at least that. Chelsea will not sell him (even if they had depth, which they don't, the wouldn't sell him) and wouldn't be able to afford to buy him. Move on.
