10-0 Liverpool. Hope the reds win the title now we're safe!
Edit: I don't even mind taking a yellow card for our club by saying that. Edited by Tim Gypsy Hill '64 (03 May 2014 9.57pm)
You did say you didn't mind.
When I read "fans" saying they hope another team beat us (or sing their songs with them, celebrate with them, etc.) it makes me incandescent with rage. They are offending me. Maybe without realising it. But I still find it offensive to read on a Palace forum. If they want us to lose to (or do anything to support) another team, they really should f**k off and support that team. Because they are truly not Palace supporters, and deserve more than a keyboard slap. Rant over. Edited by Tim Gypsy Hill '64 (04 May 2014 7.54pm)
In my book there are three types of Palace fan: (1) The faithful. If you ask them their prediction for any game, ANY GAME, they will always suggest a Palace win. Even during a game when 3-0 down. (2) The unfaithful. Those that believe Palace can be defeated. (3) Not supporters at all. Those that admit they would like to see Palace lose, or revel in celebrations with other teams. (Joint celebrations of another teams demise is not included in this definition, however celebrations of another teams achievements is included). Edit: I actually believe it is the negative energy/thoughts/mindset of those people falling into categories 2 and 3 that cause Palace to lose games. Edited by Generix (06 May 2014 3.53pm)
