I would never ever want a team to beat Palace ! Actually, I'd be happy if we got turned over by Fulham so long as we'd already stuffed liverpool if it a) stopped the scousers getting the title (we'll never hear the end of the spirit of the 96 if they win)

Want us to win every game regardless of who wins the title. I've said I'd rather Liverpool won the league than City or Chelsea but those comments really p*ssed me off too. Here's what Rodgers said after losing to Chelsea: "This game will prepare us for Crystal Palace. We will have to deal with long balls forward which we did very well today and we will have to deal with long throw-ins and got the chance to do that today." What the f*ck is he on about? Has he not been watching us since Pulis came? Long balls forward and long throws? What absolute bullsh*t. I've lost respect for Rodgers since those comments. He clearly knows nothing about how we play, which for a football man is pretty remiss. I'd have thought he'd have done some proper homework on us seeing as if they don't beat us they'll have practically thrown the title away. Is he really that stupid to believe that's how we play? I'd still prefer Liverpool to win it (mainly because I dislike the moneybags approach of City & Chelsea) but after what he said I'll be very happy to f*ck their season up and hand the honour to their title rivals.

Disgraceful to want any club to beat us. Hillsborough was terrible but on the flip side so was Heysal and that was caused by Liverpool fans but they never mention that do they.

I want Palace to beat most teams but not Liverpool if they can win the league, Man United because the Busby babes would have brought years of beautiful football, West Ham because, well, they won us the World Cup; nor Villa due to them giving us our first kit; Reading because I grew up there; Bradford City obviously and if we reached the Champions League final and played Juventus I'd have a mixed feelings; not sure about Southend because my girlfriend supports them and I hate seeing her upset. I'm torn when we have a friendly against Dulwich Hamlet. COYP (mostly)
