We should have been bottom all year given our squad and lack of preparidness for the season but the players have given everything despite results not going our way. Whether we stay up or go down I am not overly concerned - all I wanted at the start of the season was if we do go down then we go down fighting - we have and are doing just that. What would dissapoint is some of the games where our 'negativity' (Sunderland last week, Saints week before) could cost us, where a bit more adventure could have made that 1 point 6... Do we deserve to stay up - on effort and application, especially when you compare us to say Fulham - then yes - ultimatley though the final table will determine it

If we finish with more point than the bottom 3 then yes. Without a goal scoring striker I'm surprised we are not in the bottom 3 already but we just need 3 other teams to carry on being worse than we are at the moment.

we will deserve to go down when we dont use our best weapon GLENN MURRAY 14 mins he was on for in the last game given his goalscoring history he should be given at least 3 games to do what he can if we dont we dont have any reconised goal scorers jerome shots high and wide so why hes on in front of murray amazes me this bringing him on as a very late sub is shotting ourselves in the foot you only have to look at the swansea game to see what he can do not only got us a penalty but then scored it as well,.what i realy cant understand is even when glenn comes on nobody seems to pas the ball to him in the dangerous areas please please mr pulis give us and GLENN a chance with some full games where they pass to him we have nothing to lose against the top teams we meet from now until the end of the season

Someone name of grabban playing for a team called Bournemouth just bagged a couple against Leeds, one with each peg. Get him back off loan now.

Agreed in the main although we have played some very poor games....then again so have most if not all teams at some stage.

If we finish above the bottom three then we deserve to stay up if we finish in the bottom three then we don't, simple as that. I fully concur with these sentiments. what if though, on the last day we do down beating fulham 4-1 and sunderland draw through a last minute own goal that hit the referee as it went in and shouldnt have counted. Then on top of the the FA said it would have to be replayed, then sunderland won the replay automatically cos' the other teams bus broke down and they said on the phone' "let them win, we dont need the points anyway'. and then we get relegated.

would we deserve it then? if we finish bottom 3..? Absolutely. Relegation is a consequence of results over an ENTIRE season.

If we stay up of course we will of deserved it. How you play is irrelevant, it's about the points you accumulate. If they ever start giving points for style then we may have a problem.......

of course its all over the course of a season. no denying though big clubs at home get more decisions going there way. not sure if things like that 'even' themselves out over the course of a season.
