I am not saying that SJ was great anything like that what I was trying to point out that a person who had ten years owning and running a club pointed out the same things as what I was suggesting on the opening thread. What is it with people constantly putting people down on this site when you want to voice an opinion I am not saying you have to agree but surely we want to see positive news not negative news. I don't see what is wrong with pointing things out let's be honest none of us really know the truth.

is this the same jordan who over stretched financially and borrowed from a hedge fund who put us in administration. You have a short memory! The fact that you've made mistakes in life not only doesn't preclude you from the right to have opinions in future but in fact, if you've been in the same situation yourself and failed, it makes your opinions better informed and even more valid. Nothing teaches like experience.

At least, the roller coaster of Crystal Palace never stop running! Never a dull moment with the Eagles and who says we're lost? MU just made their record signing, a sub from Stamford Bridge - how on earth can we compete in this transfer market? Just let CPFC2010 do their job - it is to make sure we have a sound club to support in the years to come.

Why are people always criticising CPFC 2010 and talking us down? Quoting Millwall supporters of all things!!!!! Edited by essetwentyone (26 Jan 2014 11.57pm) I think that any 'criticism' is borne of frustration. More by accident than design the board have appointed a man who of the bottom 10 teams is the man most likely to keep a side up. That man has managed, by organising some very limited players, to give us a veryy good chance of stayimg up. Now it would appear that there is a logjam in terms of siging the one or two pieces of quality that would allow him to push on and up the odds on us actually staying ini this division for the first time in our history...its the old 'typical Palace' scenario that when we seem just at the point to 'take off' we always internally find a way to implode..and I suspect most are worried that we are doing it again Now I dont take a word that the papers print as gospel (esp the piss-poor Mirror) but the fact remains Pulis was very specific about getting his business 'done early' - something that hasnt happened, so it does suggest all isnt right somewhere and if thats the case what a shame and another missed opportunity

Its their club and their money, if they want to take a more hands on approch and govern the club thats their right. If there is any issue, which I doubt, Pulis is their employee - He needs to either get with the plan, or hand in his resignation. Only in football do you have a situation where the manager considers himself to be the de facto power over all aspects of the business, and totally unsubstantiated rumours and speculation are treated as being absolute. Not much action in the transfer window, journalists will create a story.
