This constant use of the word plastic seems to come with some confusion. Well back in the good old Goldstone days Brighton had gates of around 20000 to 24000 and I know thats only when we were in the top flight but they were still true Brighton fans well before the influence of the Prem and Sky. When you were in the prem 2005 i think you had 24000 average. Withdene held only 7500ish so that didnt help us realising our true fan base. My point is the Brighton fan base has always been there and now there is room to accomodate them. But here is the confusion, where are the missing 11000 fans from your days in 2005 to now? and if you stay near the top of the table and get back to crowds of 22000 then does that mean you too have 9000 "plastic "fans. We can all say how many people we know who support a prem team who has a season ticket for the other's ground, blah blah blah, but the real truth is Brighton has been in the wilderness with regards to facilities for many years and now like back in the Goldstone days a lot of Brighton supporters and there will be many new ones due to older fans having kids now want and can support their club. I have met up with so many old faces that like me are now season ticket holders. I believe your constant reference to plastic is just palace fans cluthcing at straws to deflect the positive changes in Brightons fortunes and I dare say we would have looked for any excuse to do the same to you.

No doubt you will be luzzing pound coins at any of our fans whom look under 18 as that seems to be the way you guy like to play it, either that or picking on the old boys like I saw your fans doing the last time they came to Selhurst. You are a prat mate. I have never been involved in any There will not be a great deal of fans there at the mansex (Sorry, homoerotic pun intended) due to such a poor allocation as you are scared what we will do to your lovely new stadium, so you should be. Most of the hardcore will be outside waiting to chase you boys down the promenade. Poor allocation, what are you talking about, so what do we do, turf out our season tickets holders to give you more tickets than 2500 in your cup final ?, you really are a prat mate. I could not care less if we beat you, all I know is that if you don't get into the prem this season then you are F**ked! 105m+ in debt, 15m on a new training ground, really!? Explain our debt please ? interest free load which get converted into share owenership, not sure wether you thickos will ever understand that, all we budgeted for 12-14k crowds and now getting 20,000, so we make more money for transfer, simple, no debt...get it You should learn something from your rivals for once otherwise you be following us into the big administration abyss. If we go into Admin, we will ask you for advice as you are the experts. By the way I got 3 E's and an F, which should qualify me to be part of the BHA sales/marketing team, shortly before they all get sacked when your plastic fans p*ss off next season when you do naff all. Well done, nice to see education doing well in sarf London and oh jealous again as we have increased our fan base. Tell me what you going to do to increase your dwindling crowds ?, you forget we used to get bigger crowds than you, if you keep quoting history, not plastic fans, just returning, we used to get 30k fans in the 70/80's, simple.... I for one truly hope your gamble does not pay off and you end up back where you belong in the third tier with Charlton, a stadium you can nowhere near fill and a bunch of overpaid s*itsacks! Thanks for your concern.....Jealous again, love it Oh the anticipation......Bloom loves a gamble doesn't he!? he sure does, but he is a very succesfull Business man and more importantly a lifelong fan. Anyway I have to go and prepare dinner in my caravan and burn some tyres now so have not got the time to talk to you, look forward to seeing you at Selhurst if you have the balls to turn up you inbred c*nt. I have the balls to turn up and meet my real Palace mates for a beer, who dont actually cry and whinge all the time about us, just grow up and accept the facts mate. No comments re caravan, or being an Inbred C@@t, as I think my deceased Mum and Dad might have something to say about that ? and my dad in fact was born near Selhurst and was a fan. I am sure he would have been so proud of the fans now if they all had the brains of you........

Fair comment, but he moved when he went to the 2nd world war and ended up in gods county. He was not really into to football (I will not add any jokes about why he supported Palace), but my Mum was Sussex born and bred and took me when I was a kid, so yeah did not follow my Dads footsteps...thank God As your Barca resident says, I need to get out more, he is right. I do spend a couple of times a day on here, i find it hilarious as what will Palace fans make up today about Brighton. I know we have some idiots on NSC, but this forum is amazing for the amount of people who just sprout nonsense, without any knowledge and I am here to educate some of you. Off now and see you on the 27th and I think you will be mighty impressed with the stadium, if you can take your biased Red and blue blinkers off for a day.

I love a good argument with a rival fan, as well as the gym it helps me get my tension out. For the record I grew up in Surrey, not Sarf London and I live in West Sussex as you may be able to see from my posts (Creepy Crawley to be exact, have done for 9 years now)! I am 33 btw, and did not start with childish insults about GCSE results but you started giving it to Palace fans (Not all of them correct in my opinion, but still hilarious!) and I had to get in and have a dig, you for me became the face of Brighton! Therefore as with you, I myself think the violence has no place in the game anymore but I was shielding my younger brother (a few years back when we played you, cant even remember what competition it was in now) from Brighton fans (I am not interested in specific individuals) and as you have done with us (Palace fans) in your previous posts prior to my arrival on this thread have singled you out. I think you will find that as I said before you and some of your fellow fans are the one on here starting trouble, what I should have said is just p*ss off, no Palace fan wants you here!? Get it? On that basis insult me or any of my fellow Palace fans as much as you like, I could not really care less, I enjoy the crack! There will be trouble, not started by me granted, in my opinion the real reason we are rivals in the first place is Bollocks (apparently one of our players broke your players leg about 5 years before I was born!). So before you come back with some sitting on your high horse smart ar*e comment, trying to demonstrate your higher level of intelligence, why don't you ask yourself why you are acvtually here? Your pevious statement in my opinion is crap, educating us? Well thanks but no thanks, perhaps, deep down you feel you should be a Palace fan and are punishing yourself due to some deep seated self hate, I don't know, I am not a Psychologist, anyway my fingers hurt from typing so thats me out for now, think on Bobby, think on
In Doogie we trust, we all follow the Palace, brothers & sisters don't be hating on each other! Down with the scumweed from the Mansex stadium!! |

Yes yes, thanks for the education, in fact I just enjoy reading some of the Palace boys comments and then I get annoyed by people, such as yourself infiltrating our boards. I am sorry for coming on your message board, but thought it was for away fans ?, confused ?. All I am doing is correcting the crap that fills this sites, from deluded fans like you. Have a look at at NSC since we have been promoted and all you get is Palace fans saying, we have not history, all gay, no chance of staying up, going bust et etc, so I come on here to 'educate' you with the facts, simple. I love a good argument with a rival fan, as well as the gym it helps me get my tension out. Good for you, so do I. I am hounoured...hey Crawley is not real West Susses, just sarf London overspill... There are idiots on both sides, we all know that, but totally agree that there is no place for violence in football. The club will treat you guys with the respect you deserve as fans. I think you will find that as I said before you and some of your fellow fans are the one on here starting trouble, what I should have said is just p*ss off, no Palace fan wants you here!? Get it? I totally agree, have a look at NSC, full of Palace idiots I am affraid. i do not post abuse, just facts and opinions. Thats proves you need educating, the Hughton tackle was horrendous and he should have been banned for life. The Rivally was a long time before then, 1976 FA Cup when you won a second reply at Chelsea, still remember the fights after the game. before you come back with some sitting on your high horse smart ar*e comment, trying to demonstrate your higher level of intelligence, why don't you ask yourself why you are acvtually here? I am here to put you right on facts, simple Your pevious statement in my opinion is crap, educating us? Well thanks but no thanks, perhaps, deep down you feel you should be a Palace fan and are punishing yourself due to some deep seated self hate, I don't know, I am not a Psychologist, anyway my fingers hurt from typing so thats me out for now, think on Bobby, think on I am thinking and yeap, will come back when you guys write lies and jealous stuff. If you want to keep to the facts and opinions re football and rivally, then you will find that I am a different person, but when you write crap about our ground, debt, history etc, then I will respond...up to you guys........... I will say I am suprised that you are doing well, like us think it will settle down and think we will both be ok. I am not getting carried away with our start, still think that we will finish mid table, but above you and that is an opinion, that is all, based on what I have seen so far. We did not play that well on sat, but still won quite easily so all looking good.

I love the way that you, boobysmith (tee hee) come as a guest on our website to spout what were sensible views, but now bollox. To slag us posters off is bullsh1t as the NSC was shut down at least once last year for outright racism, homophobic abuse and pi55 poor references about Jews and slavery.
When i see him, it's gonna be painful. Skinny little cont. |

As I could see this was a plastic club with a bright spangley new ground, I thought I would come for a ganders. To be honest I came again because my partner said the team support full rights for those undertaking civil partnerships. In fact, I don't even like football, which is a bonus when you come here".....enough said. Full of knobs and knobbeses on a day out
