The confusion is yours alone. I have no knowledge and less interest in this having never owned or operated a rental property with a gas connection. As I told you months ago. Maybe you are suffering from memory loss. It would explain a lot.

There was one guy fined £5,000 plus £5,524 costs and a 12 month suspended sentence at Truro - must have been a pretty serious case.
