No worries, I was being facetious, but not rude. Quip on quipster. I think you'll find the HOL in a good mood in general today now though.

Delighted with that signing and he comes across very well in his interview. Bright young man. Brilliant stuff.

I have not seen Eze play out wide, I have seen him mainly as a No 10 at QPR and we haven't been playing with a player in this position. Speaking to some people, I was informed that a couple of years ago Eze needed to improve his work off the ball and his manager at the time at QPR, Steve McClaren, said they have had to add discipline and workrate to his game.Ian Holloway did say that Eze picks up things quickly. Supporters were criticising Schlupp's penalty miss in the friendly against Oxford Utd. I am reliably informed that Eze has scored from the spot for QPR.

The closest thing we have to an attacking central midfield player at the club is James McCarthur so in my view Eze will slot in there.

All i want now is Roy to talk enthusiasticly about him like he hasnt with Ferguson. Only quote ive heard from him regarding NF was after the Oxford game when he said. "When fit we'll see what he can offer us" We have signed a serious talent in Eze and we don't want Roy sulking because he's 22 and not 32

Grealish played in midfield for Villa in the championship, then last season in the premiership, Smith moved him to wide left, keeping him further up the field to do more damage. I would imagine he will occupy one of the wide positions, the club have already spoken to him about where they want him to play, he mentions scoring and assisting. Right club for him, right player for us, really excited by this signing.

In the interview Eze says in the discussions prior to joining the club was very specific as to his role in the team and what he would bring to the club.
