Have you noticed the title of this thread and he did but along with parents of the abused was told to f*** off you racist b******. Stop upsetting the Muslims with such heinous lies. White trash like you should just die.
15 years later , look at us prosecuting these Muslim rapists. Let’s pat ourselves on the back and try to forget the 1000s of destroyed white girls and their families.
You wissie need a reality check on facts!

So far as I am aware YL did not take any evidence to the police or involve himself with victims or their families. In any way. He made lots of money. None went to victims.

Quite the reverse. He disrupted trials, almost causing them to collapse:-

I also stumbled on this analysis of the way the grooming gang scandal has been reported:-

There really is no limit to the number of child rapes, terrorist attacks and anti-Semitism that the Left will tolerate and make excuses for in support of their dogmas.

It’s not simply those jobs that people can’t do. It’s those jobs there aren’t enough of us to do and those jobs there aren’t enough we are willing to do.

Training alongside a revised expectation of who should be expected to work would help address the issue, but not solve it. Many of those coming here are not to provide cheap labour for businesses. They are to keep the NHS functioning and to provide care for us. Plus lots of students providing income for our Universities.

Anyone here on a visa can have it removed or not renewed if they break the law. That includes family members. Once someone has settled status, or achieved citizenship, they have as much right to remain as us. They have become part of us.

Ensuring all new arrivals are expected to respect our traditions and culture is both vital and a huge failure of the present system. I know from personal experience that efforts are made at a local level which many arrivals willingly embrace. That though seems not to happen everywhere and it must. That would be both costly and take time.

It’s though by far not the only thing that needs to change. We need to curb radicalisation at its roots. That, for me, means in schools.

The same old excuses. I'm certain that only a tiny proportion of permanently settling immigrants work for the NHS or go to university.
There can be no excuse for the numbers, the choice of individuals or the effort put in to integrating them.

Tackling radicalisation or educating against knife crime is trying to fix problems that could have been easily avoided had policy makers listened to the likes of Enoch Powell.

Most child abuse is related to the family home and so most offenders are white male British which makes sense as the dominant ethnic group in this country. Individuals doing terrible things under the radar.

Then you have institutional abuse where predators have been ignored and abuse covered up. Such as the Catholic church, schools, youth and sports organisations and the BBC. Again the minority of these abusers will be white British male.

Finally we have the grooming gangs who pick up random girls from the street. Overwhelming these are non white Asian and mainly pakistani and are connected to it each by friendship and heritage.

When was the last time you heard of a white British grooming gang that fitted this category.

All of the above is terrible but when people claim that the threat from these grooming gangs is exaggerated and racist they are ignoring the obvious that it is a type of criminal behaviour that needs to be looked at in isolation.

Churches, schools, sports organisations etc. have are are being investigated for abuse and they have had to reform themselves extensively. Grooming gangs are an informal grouping the crimes maybe the same but the criminality behind it is different.

It's not racist to target these grooming gangs the same way it was not wrong to target the Catholic church.

I am not sure the data exists on the proportion of overseas NHS who later apply for settled status. Many seem fluid in their work patterns and intend to experience life in several countries before returning to their place of birth whilst others intend to make their lives here. I suspect it’s different in London, where 30% of the employees come from elsewhere.

Linking radicalisation or knife crime to the need to fill current vacancies doesn’t make much sense. Whatever Powell was saying all those years ago wouldn’t have changed that need.

This is informative:-

Did you read this analysis?

[Link]

It seems to be suggesting that there is now a disproportionate amount of resource being given to investigating the grooming gangs whilst most child abuse is happening elsewhere.

This, it seems, is because of the publicity about the gangs which in turn has been caused by racist attitudes.

So what matters most? Tacking child abuse? Or tacking grooming gangs?

What waffle is this?

Most radicalisation and knife crime is a direct result of importing the wrong kind of people.

If every immigrant was, say Indian or Polish, do you think we would have these problems?

'Don't look here, look elsewhere'...

I notice that the author deliberately questions the fact that the victims are white as their identities would be protected by law and therefore we would not be able to confirm that there was racist overtones to the rapes. Except that - as far as I can recall - every victim that has forgone their protection to highlight the problems has been 'non-Asian'. But hey, it's racist to even investigate these crimes now...

hats off to palace, they were always gonna be louder, and hate to say it but they were impressive ALL bouncing and singing.

I don't see any confirmation of what you wrote. It was an analysis of the problem and not a political rant.

We are discussing the overseas workers in the NHS.

Are they "the wrong sort of people"?

Nobody, either the author of that piece or myself, are suggesting that the crimes are not investigated.

The question being raised is whether, given the scale of child abuse elsewhere, there is a disproportionate amount of resources being devoted to the grooming gangs? It's a legitimate question and also legitimate to ask why that might be.

Suppose rabble-rousers like Yaxley_Lennon wind up Daily Mail readers to the point that the government has to direct the police to spend a disproportionate amount of time and effort on something that denies proper investigations into bigger crimes. Is YL actually helping, or harming victims?
