If we remove those who have had an asylum case refused, we have deemed that they would not experience any persecution in their home country should they go back.
The problem is the system is over stretched and decisions not being taken quickly enough.
HR lawyers have made an absolute killing over these cases. If your from Jamaica and claim to be gay, you will not be sent back

The game is they have to say it to appeal to their base; but know they won't have the votes in the parliamentary party (and never have); and also know they will be mauled by the international community if they attempted to make it law.

I don't think people have thought this through.

Changing the law will eventually become a necessity.

It's all about self interest for these slime balls.

They will wait until we are on the brink of total meltdown before they do anything, and then expect us to say thank you.
