If we are to get beneteke it needs to be done by Friday its been going on now for nearly a week we should of had this over the line by now west ham will put in the asking price with no haggling just get on with it makes me mad palace should just pay the price if they haven't got the money don't bid if you have than hurry up SIMPLE

These massive transfers don't always happen quickly. Pretty sure when he went to Villa it took a while and obviously £30 million is a ton of dough to work out ! The Tomkins deal took a while from the first announcement and that is a comparatively small fee and there may be other issues with his wages. Cabaye may well have a clause in his contract guaranteeing him being the top earner for instance. I really hope this happens but it could still be a while. Also to alleviate the Spammers link...

None of us know the full details of this transfer so personally i trust the board are doing all they can in getting this deal nailed.

If we can nick Benteke off of West Ham as we supposedly did with Cabaye as well, after signing Tomkins off of them. Then my dream of us proving that we can be as big as them and challenge them will finally be coming into fruition
