There are bad people in all races, not just white which seems to be getting portrayed. Most crimes have a level of seriousness which is factored in the punishment per type of crime. Racism now is a taboo discussion to put in this bracket. Racism is a crime so surely it fits the same bracket of seriousness per incident. Even now I can hear the clicking of keyboards condemning that thought. Black and white generally mix with there own, does that make them racist. Go to London's east end, or camberwell or hull or, just pick a place and look how a majority of colours are with the same colour. This is difficult to discuss because of inference but should it really be a non discussion subject. How can it ever be resolved without opinions and choices being allowed, because forcing it will cause even more of it.

Interesting I had not heard that.

However today we live in a very different world those former colonies must believe they are getting something out of that deal otherwise they would cancel it. I'm not sure France would want to be accused of being a colonial oppressor at the UN even if the law was with them?
