I’m more concerned about the divide in the U.K. over the easing of lockdown and yelps of ‘’2nd waves, peaks and spikes’’ than what Emile fecking Heskey has to say. I rarely listen to any footballers, especially one who was pretty stupid before he could string a sentence together when he was still playing. I’m interested in where these pro lockdowners are in the country’s demographic. I think there are a lot who think their isolation and shielding will end sooner from a longer ‘soft/sort of’ lockdown. They’re wrong.

Not sure I’m the one throwing a tantrum here. Let players make their own decisions (which the Premier League are doing) and don’t judge any players that don’t want to play for health reasons. Don’t play and don’t get paid then would be my position. I haven’t heard any black players refusing to play recently based on this. There was Troy Deeney because of his 5 month old son with breathing difficulties, when a multimillionaire could live separately for a month or 2.

There are a lot of things that weren’t fair in history that no longer exist in modern day life. If everyone just rolled over and accepted everything you would get trodden on every day of your life. And they were resolved with a change in situation, law and attitude. All you’ve done is whine about fairness and misfortune (even though it’s lifestyle conditions that make the virus worse), without a solution, probably because you know there isn’t one, unless I suppose players shield together, and I expect the players voted against that. Perhaps you and Emile Heskey should target his dissatisfaction towards the players. Unlikely.

If this vaccine is proved to work will you accept it, or reject it because it contains a microchip which will take control of your mind? It's Chinese remember. We are still waiting for you to admit that the virus comes from China, as reported by the WHO and the entire media, including the BBC, The Guardian, The British Government. Not Alex Jones, who I have heard of but never watched. I doubt anyone on Hol watches him, so you've really got the wrong end of the stick again. Here's just a taster of thousands of sources for my and others childish assertion.

All you’ve done is diverted it into an argument over racial or financial fairness. You really have nothing to add or suggest that’s worthwhile. You’re a student protester.

If he did that and Watford didn’t want to pay him then that’s between them as his employer and him. I’m not protesting at anything. Just pointing out you lot whipping yourself up into a frenzy because a black player made a (correct) point about black players being more at risk If they catch the disease. Black people in black communities, yes. Fit black players supposed to be isolating at home with their families in rural areas, no. ‘If he did that and Watford didn’t want to pay him then that’s between them as his employer and him.’’ Classic. I’m sure the PFA and Troy Deeney accept no play no pay terms. Edited by Rudi Hedman (30 May 2020 12.32pm)

Edited by Rudi Hedman (30 May 2020 12.32pm) What other solution is there other than he accepts the conditions that the Premier League provide the players and play, or not play because he believes it to be the safer choice for him and his family and come to an agreement with his employer (with the aid of the PFA)?
