People are willing to make the trip as they know once they touch base in UK they are made.

The draw factor of the UK because it is such as easy touch has a lot to answer for.

Responsibility Deficit Disorder is a medical condition. Symptoms include inability to be corrected when wrong, false sense of superiority, desire to share personal info no else cares about, general hubris. It's a medical issue rather than pure arrogance.

We now have a hosepipe ban where I live, and it's only June.

Those immigrants keep arriving...

Yep, the pyramid Ponzi scheme where none of its schemers go to jail.

So the Rwanda scheme is deemed illegal.

OK, so now people arriving illegally from safe countries have to be accommodated at tax payers expense, occupying areas close to British villages putting British people at risk.

There is virtually no end to the amount of people who could be
coming here over the next few decades.

The courts clearly do not care about British people.

Our system is not allowing us to prepare for the bigger picture. The future is bleak and people need to wake up to this and exercise the power they have to stop this insanity.

Erm, not sure how many times we have to repeat this, but they are not illegal, no matter how many times you say it!

How so? They are not applying for asylum via the legal process.

Pedantry does not alter the reality. They should not be coming here.

The court were not asked to comment on most of the issues you raise. They were only asked whether the deportation to Rwanda is legal or not.

If this deportation was legitimate through legislation made by Parliament the courts hands would be tied given the primacy of Parliament.

The government have had a whopping majority led by a cabinet that consistently supports the policy for 4 years but have not sought to pass it into law.

Thus, be angry, but at the right people.

There is a very quick solution to slowing down the boats; one that could be achieved in a day…
If people fleeing persecution deem it necessary to leave France and cross the Channel then France must be deemed to be unsafe. The Foreign and Commonwealth Office should issue a ‘Do not travel to France’ directive, which would immediately render travel insurance non-admissible. France would then lose millions of Euros with people not travelling to or through its country. This would focus the mind of the French authorities and I would expect to see all sorts of hitherto unseen actions preventing the boats from leaving their shores. Until we get tough there is no incentive for the French to do likewise.

hats off to palace, they were always gonna be louder, and hate to say it but they were impressive ALL bouncing and singing.

Yes, that is not lost on me.

I suspect that the Tories are playing games.

Actually - it was more than just about Rwanda and it is quite sinister.
They said that reason they could not be sent there was because they might be sent home to their Country of origin and that wasn't fair because they might be persecuted if they were sent home.
So the Courts are setting out their stall, that sending illegal immigrants home is not allowed in case they are persecuted.
The Lawyers will use this ruling for all deportations, even from the UK from now on.
It is absolutely nuts and anyone who supports this should be made to pay more than the rest of us to support this absolute pile of dung that is fast becoming the biggest growth industry in this Country!
Some of those appealing to the Courts are publicly paid bodies and those who have funding from the Government for them to do what do.
Idiocy of the highest order - we are an international joke!

Parliament could override all of this by changing the laws.

Maybe when the water and electricity supply is unable to cope, drug gangs run the streets, and we are on the brink of societal collapse, then maybe our politicians will stop playing party politics and act to save this country.

Any person who enters a country without correct documentation is technically an illegal entrant. Entering the UK without a passport, could lead to a prison term. Very rarely used but I have been involved in such cases a few years ago.
Can you please explain why they are not deemed to be entering the country illegally?
