Shame the Sorloth saga didn’t drag on a bit longer, I was beginning to enjoy it. I just hope he fails dismally in Germany and ends up sitting on the bench every week.

He’s just given this club a bigger transfer fee than we ever thought we’d get. Why would you want an ex Palace player to fail dismally, considering we have a 10 % sell on fee? Forgetting the sell on fee, what did he do that makes you want to make him fail?

Especially if it translates into another signing. But given that this has now happened, time to close the thread. Sorloth is still a young player and I hope he does well in Leipzig.

Well obviously I haven't but let's be real here... How many other loan contracts have been like the one we had with Trabs??... Where we have to share the transfer fee with the club we sent him on loan to?? I've been watching football many years and I'm struggling to think of one??

Quite sensational turn around in his fortunes, being considered an absolute failure at our little club, totally ignored by our dinosaur in chief, having given him no support or backing and yet he will no doubt feature tonight at some point in the CHAMPIONS LEAGUE.

You do realise that there are eleven subs on the bench in CL, so, if they have, say, three injuries, he would get a free pass?
