Correct there was an initial fee which I thought was for the duration e.g. 60-66years. However in 2019 he additionally introduced an annual charge to check that you are still eligible it only applies to newbies like me. My mate is slightly older and only had to pay the start up cost. It's BS really I would have preferred if he was honest and said its a fee rather than an admin charge. I used to spend £35 per month on fares so if he said it will cost £100 pa that is still a good deal but just be honest about it rather than these hidden back door charges. Edited by Badger11 (18 Dec 2021 3.18pm) I never knew about the new fee. I do agree it is BS, bcoz it cant be an 'admin fee' as they already have your details from the original application, ergo, you are who you are & you DOB never changes. Unless, of course there are people who are now 'gender-age neutral' & can choose what ever age they want. bit like women really

Responsibility Deficit Disorder is a medical condition. Symptoms include inability to be corrected when wrong, false sense of superiority, desire to share personal info no else cares about, general hubris. It's a medical issue rather than pure arrogance. |

Don't you realise the knife crime is all a result of austerity.

Another 2 dead kids under his watch. Is there anyone that doesn't want increased policing, massive increases in stop and search and huge increases in beat police? One who doesn't is Sadiq, but it's obviously a case of using woke to hide deficiencies. Some words you will never hear together in a sentence: 'Sadiq Khan' and 'great guy'. He doesn't reach the level of adequate in any way. Please guys, register and vote this jumped up t*** out.

Knife crime could be helped by returning to the successful policies of the Blair era when it was relatively unknown. Then we had tough on crime and its causes but importantly the intelligence and monitoring of youths has all but ceased with the tories police cuts of the austerity years. We had action to prevent gun crime 5 years for possession and gun crime is very rare. We need action and tough legislation, not counting little rubber boats crossing the channel. Education is a must, kids have to be shown the reality of prison life and the abuse they may suffer there. A minimum of 5 years for carrying or possessing a knife would be a start, an instance of crime involving a knife a minimum of 10 years. Ultimately there always be evil, its about limiting it in society. I cant recall a single initiative on this crime from the tories since they were first elected, their attitude was to outsource any problem thus saving money and pushing the blame elsewhere.
