Just listening to Martin Lipton* on Talksport he says Zaha is going nowhere as no one really wants him (pay the fee).

He normally talks a lot of sense so unless there is a big chance of heart by someone Zaha will see the season out.

I'd be happy for him to go to Chelsea £50mil plus px Giroud & The Batman.

Cant see anyone paying 80mil for him.

The only way that Wilf is going out the door whether in this window or the next is if the club reduce the asking price to a realistic level, say £45-50m. Otherwise he remains here, unhappy and ultimately causing disruption in the dressing room. He's the only asset we have, so we may as well get what we can for him whilst we still get a decent amount and start building for the future, a future in which the Academy will have to play a key role.

Will he play against Arsenal? I know there is talk of an injury but could he end up not playing while talks of a move are in play, in case an injury jeopardises a potential move or even that his head wouldn't be in the right place to play. He is fairly used to playing while his future has been unsure in the past I suppose?

i wouldn't be happy with that deal at all...we dont need giroud at all, and would cost us approx £100k a week.

True....because all our other striking options are delivering...?
Silly comment. Giroud would instantly make us better.

why don't you explain why he would “instantly make us better?

i assume you see something in our style of play that makes you think we would play to his strengths.

On what basis can you say he is causing disruption other than a personal opinion based on an assumption.

Responsibility Deficit Disorder is a medical condition. Symptoms include inability to be corrected when wrong, false sense of superiority, desire to share personal info no else cares about, general hubris. It's a medical issue rather than pure arrogance.

I do love the transfer window,so much crap is talked by people on here, its the ZAHA transfer merry go round same story different window, already 3 teams thats without arsenal yet, he goes he goes he stays he stays, long as we get a good deal if he goes and the Bateman plus giroud wont be the worst deal but we need a right back, until Zaha comes out and says this is the deal i want for me, and the club says something its all media talk no hard proof

I’ve just read that his agent is trying to sort a deal to go to Tottenham.

In the summer wasn’t his last agent saying that Parrish pricing him out of a move to the team he supported all his life , Arsenal ??

What an absolute complete bunch of 2 bob sh*t c*nts.

If he is trying to force a move, again. Hope he fails in everything he does after Palace. Classic example of a player that is a thoroughbred where he is appreciated, and a nobody elsewhere. (Couldn’t get in the team at Cardiff on loan)

Sell him , move on , when he wants to ‘come back home’, once he’s failed elsewhere, in his early 30s, b*llocks.

If you re-read my post carefully you will see that I haven't said that he IS causing disruption but that there is a risk that he may do if he doesn't get the transfer he wants. He's human after all and unhappy people have a tendency to disrupt a team be it football or work detc.
