I assume you are talking about the slave trade. Yes it was horrendous and the majority of slaves were treated appallingly. However a few points regarding the slave trade that seem to be conveniently forgotten in most discussions:
Weren’t many of the slaves taken from Africa? Were they not actually captured by black African slave traders? Certainly in Roots they were, so were they racist or just making money?
Whilst the British were no doubt, heavily involved was it not a White British male, William Wilberforce who was a leading campaigner against the trade and ultimately led to its demise?
Thirdly, whilst not directly linked to the slave trade, how were poor white British women and children treated at the time? Workhouses, being shoved up chimneys.

I think we need to wait for the independant coroner report if the cause of death was not asphyxiation but a heart attack from panicking could the police officer possibly be found not guilty.

Last week, the US announced they were revoking the special status of Hong Kong. Since then, social media and the press have been dominated by stories about alegid racist police brutality.

A video emerges, of a black guy dying in police custody, which seems more like poor policing than racism to me. Suddenly global news is critising Trump and America's human rights violations whilst Hong Kong is banning the right to protest and removing pro-democracy politicians.

Now, if I was an evil genius white supremicist, I'd want as many liberals and BAME people to get Cornavirus as possible. And turn as many members of the general public as possible. Creating riots against the police during a lock down would be the best way of doing that. Something that Russia, Iran, and China would probably help stur up. Most likely a conspiricy in my own mind again, but getting AntiFA banned is every racists dream.
