Edited by beak (01 Oct 2017 8.24pm) "Full retreat" - I guffawed at perusing this. People who know me are fully aware of my rebarbative qualities and my staunch defence of the Conservative Party but are also fully aware that I am astute enough to recognise those who wish to hog the limelight with their marxist viewpoints and I for one will not provide them with the oxygen of publicity. I'm NOT as idiotic as to fall for that one.So keep up your provocation - It shall go unanswered - What a darned shame. Edited by Willo (01 Oct 2017 10.44pm)

Many posters on here were upset labour didn't, even though they did, so id imagine the same people are keen to see the Tories debate a motion on it.

For avoidance of doubt, I shall NO longer respond to any of Gusset's left-wing hogwash as the effluvia contained within it is not worthy of a response, furthermore I have NO desire to provide it with the oxygen of publicity.I set my bar somewhat higher than puerile provocation. Please accept that a non-response does not mean that I accept the bile or that I am unable to construct a firm rebuttal of it.Thank You. Edited by Willo (01 Oct 2017 8.20pm) The Daily Mail and the Sun are both supporting "Gusset's left-wing hogwash" and publishing the story about the Tory who still lives in 1921. Looks like old moggy is in fact a hypocrite who profits from something he says should not be allowed to happen. Kah-Ching. Gusset 1 Willo 0 on this one. But Willo has just run off taking his ball home.

This is the reason for my stance, NOT because I cannot find any counter-arguments.Perfectly reasonable and understandable. Goodnight.

Possibly, but then realistically how many investment managers trawl in detail through every product produced by every company in which they invest or recommend investment? Not too many I would guess. In fact probably far fewer than Labour politicians who oppose grammar schools yet send their children for private education....... which to me is a far more reprehensible and direct hypocrisy, and they too want to lead the country! Oh, and to put the Rees-Mogg bashing on hold regards the grant to the house, it may have been his wife's family's' ancestral home, but they don't own it and haven't done so for many. many years - and the grant is to assist repairs caused by coal mining in the grounds approved by the then Labour Government.....
