It's inconceivable that alternatives haven't been discussed or approached as there have been so many poor performances and results. The likelihood is that most aren't prepared to stake their reputation an a squad that's not only over reliant on two players but also lacks balance regarding players able to play on the front foot, show any ability to use their body or put their head on a ball. Having seen the young lads playing a few times now you can make the argument that they are worth a go based on how poor some of the older players have been but it's a reach to say they're they're hugely talented and being ignored. IMHO Roy should not have taken charge of the Chelsea game, Paddy should have taken over temporarily from Roy, with Darren Powell, Roy is like watching a man dying in quicksand, has been first class but isn't now
