There seems to be a big clammer for Lampard to take over from Aidy Bothroyd!

I really struggle to understand this Roy bashing, he has been excellent for us, we have very little pace in defence which must be addressed, but at the moment he has to play in a certain way, whilst our manager i will support him, been supporting, and i mean supporting, since first game 1958, my only regret in recent years is the improvements to the stadium, or lack of, plus all this stuff about players out of contract, most of them have hardly played, the other half may yet resign, plus there are going to be some bargains this summer, half the championship will be under embargo
We are in. GOOD place

Not the way everything is shaping up. Parish is clearly looking to replace him. I will be amazed if Roy is still our manager for next season.

To be honest I don't think that Parish is being clear about anything as the waters are amazingly muddy.

We are either skint or have a transfer war chest of £30m and Dyche is definitely coming as is Howe and as is Lampard.

The media will print any old testicles just to fill up their pages whilst those that Parish is known to use as his mouthpiece are noticeable by their absence.

If Parish wants Roy to sign on for another year I would have thought that the expiring contracts would have been sorted by now as the only reason that I can see for deferring decisions is to allow a new manager to have some input but who really knows

The only only change I can see is CW, Sakho and J mC leaving, with a couple of Championship players coming in.

A complete overhaul of the club management and players in 2 months a recipe for FDB type free fall.

A couple of journalists from The Athletic including Chris Woosnam and Dom Fifield and Chris Waters on Twitter seems to be right more often than he is wrong

Here's a thought, assuming we are looking for a new manager, why dont we gazump Celtic & get Favre & leave Howe out of it

This operation, will make the 'Charge Of The Light Brigade' seem like a simple military exercise.

Prepare to be amazed. Unless Roy steps down for health reasons Parish will be reluctant to fix something thats not broken.

Probably an accurate assessment.
Parish burnt his hands badly with the FDB experience and will possibly look to Roy to keep us up for yet another season,by giving him a one year extension.

Didn't know about Waters, but the other 2 do appear to have the ear. Fifield, in particular, is one who appears to have a long standing relationship and, I suspect, would not prejudice that by printing anything scurrilous.
