OK Dan, I'll say I find the booing, particularly by Millwall, a little distasteful. I'm actually fed up with mentioning such a bunch of knuckle draggers this much. Is 'doing nothing' not acceptable? Even if you don't agree with it surely you can recognise it's something that means a lot to the players. Pretty sh*t comparison but I guess it's like not booing another national anthem before a game - it's not that difficult to just stand and respect it is it?

That second part is quite an offensive supposition. I would never call someone a racist purely because they said they wanted to leave the EU. Ah so they did do it because it was linked to the BLM protests and all the ugly stuff that went on there, but conveniently not any more. There was always going to be a reaction to vandalising memorials of national heroes while demanding the police knelt at their feet, and this is it. Now we’re here it conveniently isn’t why they’re doing it. At least we have it in print now.

You just admitted they started doing it in support of the BLM protests, which is where those ugly scenes happened, got many people outraged across all classes and resulted in clashes in London and retired soldiers having to announce they were going to guard the statues. Only that got Sadiq Khan to do anything. All he did was board up the statues and make police block them off. Before that he was happy to sit and watch them vandalise anything they wished. You can’t remember what happened or want to hope nobody remembers, but many do, only you go and say it’s for something different now.
