Is it any wonder we are struggling, that is pitiful. There are many teams in the Championship and Division One that have spent more. This is our 6th year in the Premiership for Christ sake.

Since the Americans have taken shares we have gone backwards and before anyone say’s “ what about the stadium” not one f***ing brick has been laid yet!

Don't we have first hand experience of this though costing us a damn sight more in wages?

Money has been accounted for, we are only about two players away from being very comfortable ..throw a bit of good fortune into actually scoring and away we go, nobody can say we deserve to be so low in the table and we are definitely on par with Everton. Hodgson is doing a brill job all things considered I think.

Er, I think not.

We are 4 or 5 players away I would contest.

Fortune favours the brave. In our terms that means you get to score goals when you have goalscorers on the pitch, including a goal scoring centre forward.

The league table doesn’t lie. We have thrown away game after game.

It’s a miracle we are not bottom 3 but that may be the story of this season.

As for Everton, Parish used to say he admired Swansea, I think he should probably have picked Everton but they spend serious amounts of cash and are a much bigger club than us.

We are not the same as Everton.

Trump lost. Badly. Hahahahahahaha.

Even more than that. Everton don't just have a better 11, they have a full squad. After years of building we have neither a complete first 11 nor a decent amount of cover.

Palace Expected points = 13.05
Everton Expected points = 15.85

Not too far apart.

Expected goals is not quite as reliable as real goals.

Projected tables tend to not show reality like real tables.

Expected points doesn’t really match up with real points when the relegation hangman comes calling.

Saying we are similar to Everton also has other connotations such as finances, infrastructure, fanbase etc.

Reading expected points stats too long will turn you loopy.

More to the point they don't account for the fact that your strikers are players like Ayew.

Look at what we had on the pitch today.
Parish or "Doug" aren't really fit to be at the same table as Roy.
Keep ball first half. Nick a great goal. Well organised defending second and a great performance from a keeper who's barely played.

Leicester were toilet mind.

Expected goals is only meant to inform about how creative an attacking team is over a period of games and is quite a reasonable study and correlates enough to allow good judgement I feel, I don't really think of Ayew as a striker the role he plays with us is just to bring the players together, he is badly struggling at the moment with confidence due to too much pressure.
