It was the Racist incitement to violence that went completely unchallenged on the Grooming gangs thread that finally did it. Not a word from the usual suspects. Not the kind of world I want to live in, mate. They're welcome to it.

Have a look at the last 2/3 pages concerning the Knowsley hotel disturbance.

One asylum seeker to another:- “Believe me, my young friend, there is nothing–absolutely nothing–half so much worth doing as simply messing about in boats.” A special thanks from them, looking forward to their safe and warm detention, to the conservative party, now in their 13th year of serial incompetence. Hotel owners, human traffickers and legal costs in mini-HS2 territory, entering 'broad sunlit uplands'. Let the good times roll you lucky taxpayers.

I think one poster may have gone to far I can't remember the details but I don't find it necessary to challenge every comment so I don't except the premise that there are a large number of racists on here. Lots of stuff the left say I let go for the same reason, life is too short. PS
One more point |

Lots of stuff the left say I let go for the same reason, life is too short. PS I remember that comment as it was indeed racist and I think the offender in question was correctly yellow carded. For me it was in the realms of being worthy of an eye roll, noggin scratch or raised eyebrow. ‘Twas quite juvenile and not indulged by users. From my experience an individual seeking to exploit, draw further attention to and sensationalise an instance such as this, especially to form and promote an all encompassing damning of an entire community, will often seek such hysteria and drama, accompanied by bizarrely emotive language, as they are a few biscuits short of a tin. ‘No point me being part of this Holmesdale anymore’. You could use that for demonstrating an example of an attention seeking post in a textbook. Strange.
Now Zaha's got a bit of green grass ahead of him here... and finds Ambrose... not a bad effort!!!! |

Tacit agreement in other words. Shame and shame again. Anyway. Whatever. Not the kind of world I want to live in. But there again, who cares? I'm a few biscuits short of a tin. lol. Edited by Glazier#1 (08 Mar 2023 9.21pm) By that logic one could highlight every contentious post or more fruitfully every single topic that you have ever failed to comment on and ‘shame’ you for your complicity. I think it more effective however to point out your employment of confirmation bias here. You present as desperately seeking evidence to hysterically support a predetermined belief in the world and it’s inhabitants being a certain way so as to justify your ludicrous and unstable behaviour. Congratulations on finding it.
