Today first download is a set by Thin Lizzy that was recorded at the Hammersmith Odeon in 1976. This is in superb quality and the audio has been taken from the soundboard and sounds great. I've posted a few bootlegs by TL over the years - this is another top show. Some classic tracks on this boot - so if you like Thin Lizzy - this is thoroughly recommended... Todays second download is a set by Y&T that was recorded at the Castle Donnington Rock Festival in 1984. This is in superb quality and the audio has been taken from an FM Broadcast of the show. Only a short set of 5 songs - probably all that was broadcast. I've posted a few bootlegs by this band over the years - this is another top sounding boot which is thoroughly recommended...... This is in superb quality and is a top sounding bootleg which has been taken from an FM broadcast of the show. Todays first download is a set by Billy Idol and Generation X that was recorded at the Astoria Theatre, London in September 1993. This is in superb quality and the audio has been taken from a soundboard source. This show was a reunion show as Billy was formerly with Generation X. They perform seperate sets - but Billy joins in with Generation X's Set. I've not posted many Billy Idol boots - but this is a good one and is thoroughly recommended.. Todays second download is a set by reggae band Misty In Roots that was recorded for the BBC's "In Concert" programme in May 1983. This is in superb quality and the audio has been taken from an FM broadcast of the show. This is the first bootleg by this band that I've posted - and it's a good one, but there is a little tape hiss - but you don't really notice it when the music starts... If you like a bit of reggae, grab this one....
