Hydroxychloquine is going to be trialled to see if it can affect contraction and treatment of this bug. Who's laughing at trump now. If this actually proves to work then trump publically stating he takes it could be a life saver for many 1000s. Watch the space for medicinal discinfectant in some capacity coming up for trials. I think he got pilloried for that as well. For all his assumed bad hes clearly listened to. Or as he does, they were waiting for someone to put their head above the parapet for fear of ridicule. He ain't bothered.

Being president he's likely to be getting the heads up that bit earlier than everyone else so it wouldn't surprise me if what he's taking has some use. It wouldn't change anything though.....the hatred for Trump is like a religion for them....they make the tea party's attitude towards Obama look like relative love. Ultimately that level of polarisation isn't going to work out well for anybody......then again, it doesn't matter in the long run because the US has been heading towards internal conflict for a while now. In that sense It doesn't really matter who the president is.....people won't forget as anyone who's read Machiavellian understands....and the divisions run deep now Edited by Stirlingsays (21 May 2020 9.11am)

They seriously wonder why they keep losing. What's funnier is they always blame it on everyone else but themselves. It must our bigotry rather than their weirdness. Why this obsession with the "looney left" and the assertion that all those who oppose Trump fit that category? It's simply untrue. I oppose the stupidity of hard-left politics every bit as avidly as I do those of the hard-right. You just don't see it here as there aren't any posters from the hard-left. That the hard-left got pictured protesting Trump doesn't mean the bulk of the people agree with them any more than they agree with the hard-right.

He ain't bothered. Trials are underway in various places on a variety of drugs. The stupidity is the President announcing he is taking one prior to a trial either proving it's worth or that it is safe in these circumstances. If he wanted to do so privately and quietly then that would be his personal decision, but to announce it publically is irresponsible. It is Trump wanting to appear as some kind of authoritative medical expert that's being condemned.

Women have made great strides in modern times....but no one can escape evolution …...I mean look at their sense of direction and inability with maps…...But perhaps we shouldn't be surprised when for thousands of years all they needed to know was where the kitchen and bedroom were. Except for our wonderful Becky of course.
