The bookies currently have Trump at even money and Biden at between 7-5 and 11-10. So all to play for. It's certainly not a done deal and with the crisis likely to get much worse in the USA I wouldn't back Trump at those odds. However, if you really feel confident go and make a fortune.

If he is willing to take such a huge risk why don't you? Mind you he's only playing with the lives of millions and the livelihoods of most. You though would be playing with your own money.

put a little over half of all your money on trump at evens and little less than half of your fortune on Biden at 7-5 and if you spend a million you're guaranteed 1.08 million (if you get your sums spot on - the odds say it's a 92% chance of one of them winning when there is a 100% chance - maybe the charges against Biden will have more of an impact). This is an 'arbitrage' boys and girls. And there's no bias against trump - he is a dangerous moron - it is a fact. lock thread mods

I will say as there's not exactly a million here. What about Biden being replaced? You heard it here first. Bet 365 for the lays.

Sorry to pick you up but I have already suggested that Biden may be asked to step down if it looks even remotely possible that he won't defeat Trump. Or that he even is actually just a stalking horse and someone is already lined up. Getting rid of this guy has to be the priority. Who-ever followed him could not be worse.

What matters are the voting intentions in battleground states. I'm not a betting man generally but if I were I would certainly put my money on Trump. Unless Trump wins in November the world economy will continue to be fecked for much longer.....Biden is committed to higher taxes and not the stock market. Trump proved his detractors wrong on the economy and produced highs in both jobs and the stock markets....and without that confidence within the markets investment will be cautious.....Trump gets called an idiot but his instincts are better than apparently the more intelligent. Not only was he right about the economy but he was also right on trade.....and as we can see.....China. The 'don't knows' will know that feeding their families is the number one priority and that Trump is the better bet for that.

The best bet the Democrats had for beating Trump was Sanders. He's terrible for the future but he generates enthusiasm amongst their base.....who would get out and vote for him.....don't knows also realise that Sanders is anti establishment and that's going to attract a fair chunk of that base. Biden doesn't inspire enthusiasm....he's the past.....and don't knows are unlikely to be swayed by him as it's plain he's losing his marbles. Edited by Stirlingsays (20 May 2020 10.32am)
