Not Howe,he is apparently taking the Celtic job in the next few days.

Thanks Jacey I saw that too. Maybe that means Dyche now looks the more likely? Difficult to know with counter reports stating we’ve scuppered Celtic’s plan.

Never a dull moment at the Palace is there (except during matches of course)!

I have been impressed with Blackpool manager Neil Critchley who left his post as Liverpool U23 manager to take over at the 'Seasiders' last season.

He was only in charge for 2 games as the season was ended after 35 games and Blackpool finished 13th.
This season, Blackpool have signed over 20 players, mainly Free Transfers, or Loans and they are in the play-off positions.

The favourite to be manager next season surely
must be Roy Hodgson.

Not the way everything is shaping up. Parish is clearly looking to replace him. I will be amazed if Roy is still our manager for next season.

Looking at other teams in the PL we are probably the worst at playing decent one touch football around the pitch Certainly don't look comfortable. So with a new manager, with new ideas comes at a price in terms of adopting there philosophy.

Untrue. There have been moments when we have bewildered opponents showing we CAN play nice one touch stuff. Trouble is possession football carries with it risk which this Season we have sought to limit.

Roy is the most likely.

I cant see us paying the £7m release clause for Dyche.

Is it £7m? Seems a lot for a manager, I have read £3.5m so who knows

Still can’t see why Dyche would take a risky sideways step to come to us.
If Howe ends up at Celtic then I think we have Roy for another year, unless Parish thinks Lampard is a as viable option. If it’s between Lampard and Roy, part of me hope Roy stays another year.
Of course Lampard could go to Newcastle and we get Bruce by default.

Definitely would not want Bruce again.
A good Championship manager at best

Roy H. any given day for Lampard! Continue the bravery from yesterday and there's no reason to change the manager - unless he wants to step aside!
