To me all that you have mentioned stems from the training ground. Today football is a lot different than it was 5 years ago and completely changed from the time when Hodgson methods where new. Training, tactics and game approach have all changed. If we are going to survive in this league, then all the above has to change.
Who know maybe that’s why Steven Reid quit, because his outlook on the game were being ignored.
