I would like him to stay but a our number 2. It will be interesting how he does with a defence of Kelly and Delaney. Sakho and a great gk should be top priority. When De Gea first came to Man Utd he conceded a few from distance. He came with an eye problem - he wears glasses and wears contacts when he is playing and the feeling was that this contributed to him letting in shots from way out.

Other than Chelsea. What game can we pinpoint where Hennessy won us some points. The defensive structure big Sam put in place. Has left Hennessy little to do in this run.

He was unsighted by his own player a bit but should really have been on the move before getting a clear view of the ball because he could see the direction Eriksen had hit it

Wayne is no David De Gea. I think he should've saved it last night too. I wonder if he thought the ball was going to be passed right as Sissoko was in loads of space and wasn't ready for the long shot. Someone should've closed Eriksen down sooner too.

Not many in De Gea's class ! Overall it looks a poor goal to concede - will have to look at the TV footage to analyse further. That said, when a player who is lethal in that position gets so much space and a keeper gets beaten from that distance then maybe there are questions to be asked.Given how the game was going, once they scored I just couldn't see us getting back into it.

Wayne makes at least one mistake per game and last night got punished for it which cost us 2 points. We need to upgrade our keeper in the Summer Wayne is pony.

Neither could I. We were under the cosh for ages and couldn't keep any possession or make it stick up front in the second half.

His positioning was maybe in question but also the midfield and defence didn't close down Erikson either. But realistically, that was a cracking one in 100 shot.

I think Hennessy has improved since the new keeper coach arrived - he is certainly becoming more dominant in the air. But unfortunately He is just short of being top level due to his lack of mobility/ concentration. There haven't been many games this season when I have come away thinking he was brilliant. Having said that he is still young enough (for a keeper) to improve. I do think he could have done better on the goals last night, v Liverpool and Vardy's goal v Leicester. ☹️

How about blaming the person who should have been marking erickson - Cabaye. When he came on he didn't bother marking anyone, and Ericsson had much more time on the ball. Cabayes been great recently, but poor she coming on last night.

The shot would have beaten most keepers in the premiership, in fact probably all. The new footballs sometimes act like beach balls and just move wickedly when struck with such power.
