The one BBC article which did catch my eye was Bidens NATO address where the BBC reported that various European leaders thought that Biden was coherent, forceful & to the point & yet there wasn't a murmur although it was all over social media that Italy's PM Meloni obviously thought the complete opposite

Non payment?! Put them in jail!

It’s not illegal not to pay. It’s illegal to watch live TV without a licence and impractical to try to find transgressions.

Which is why an alternative will be found, which responds to today’s situation and not yesterday’s.

How this is done whilst ensuring the government of the day is kept at arms length is yet to be determined.

Is that just the for the TV licence, or can I not pay my taxes and not go to jail?

Not much reporting by Auntie about Labour allowing 70,000 or more asylum seekers to stay here, nor of them being allowed to bring families over which could attract another 500,000 people - hmm - wonder why!
The BBC are not alone but to say that Labour are getting an easy ride would be an understatement.
And all that after one knee announced they would keep their charter.
Even Lineker has gone quiet!
Shenanigans -surely not!!!!!

A rise of £40,000.
Nice work, if you're suspended

I disengage, I turn the page.

It probably has something to do with the fact they've been in power for two and half weeks.

Take some deep breaths and you'll be ok - ranting less than a month into a new government is just silly - nothing they have done has had any significant impact yet.

Jermaine Jenas is the bookies favourite to replace Lineker on MotD. Second favourite is Alex Scott.

On BBC’s Politics Live this lunchtime, one of the topics was about the 70,000 claims for asylum that would now result. There was some Labour bint that persisted in saying that failed asylum seekers would be sent back to a country they traveled from and when challenged could only remark that was the natural course of events and that somehow it would magically work that way. If she was challenged by the Tory she would talk over her words. Even the chairwoman said “if you don’t mind me saying, it appears a bit vague”. Labour have no idea how to solve this; all they can do is undo whatever the previous government put in place.

Labour and the Democrats will always get an easy rise from the BBC. They’re ‘“their guys”.

I just wish they’d be impartial but they’re incapable of it at that level. I had a mate who worked for the BBC and was a middle to left Tory. He felt bullied and ostracised and was constantly labelled ‘right wing’ or ‘far right’ although that was not true and he only mentioned his political leaning in passing.

The BBC is like Universities. They’re stuffed with the liberal left who are the biggest bullies in the world. Staff who want a career or keep their jobs are brow beaten into accepting the status quo.

We can all see it.
