No personal slur. I was just pointing out that anyone you don't know could have unpleasant secrets lurking in the dark. That applies to everyone, here or elsewhere. It's equally unwise to categorise anyone just because of the way they dress or indulge in things you regard as degenerate. If there is one thing I have learned over the years it's not to make assumptions on appearances.
